J.C. Waterworks Plumbing is a full-service, family-run plumbing company located in Waterloo Region. Established in 1993, we serve homeowners and commercial property managers across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and the surrounding area. Four service vehicles, a full complement of licensed plumbers, gas technicians, and backflow specialists, and the same shop on Guelph Street we've worked out of for years.

J.C. Waterworks is a full-service, family-run plumbing company located in Waterloo Region that services Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas.
Established in 1993, we provide plumbing service to both residential and commercial customers. Our customers include homeowners, restaurants, supermarkets, restoration companies, car washes, doctor's offices, nursing homes, apartment complexes, and the property managers who keep them running.
With a full complement of licensed plumbers as well as licensed backflow prevention specialists and gas technicians, we are well-suited to provide all your plumbing needs - from a small leak to a full bathroom renovation, a water-softener install, or a commercial backflow assembly that needs annual testing.
We have several service vehicles on the road and the equipment we need to get to our customers and resolve their problems in a timely manner. We take great pride in assessing and solving our customers' plumbing needs and we hope that we can be of service to you.

Show up when we said we would
Calls are scheduled, not shrugged off. We let you know if we're running early or late, and we keep our word on arrival windows.

Quote it, don't guess it
Written, itemized estimates before work begins. If we hit a surprise inside the wall, you hear about it before the meter keeps running.

Build it to code
Every install meets Ontario plumbing code. Gas runs are TSSA-compliant and pressure-tested. Backflow assemblies are tested and reported on schedule.

Leave it tidier than we found it
Old fittings leave with us. Floors get swept. The next person inside the wall doesn't curse us - they thank us.
The shop
Four trucks. Eight practices. One Kitchener shop.
We work out of 879 Guelph St. in Kitchener, with mailing in Waterloo. The fleet is on the road every day. The team is bigger than what one truck can carry but smaller than the regional franchises - which is the size that lets us know our regulars by name and still take on commercial accounts.
