Sewage backup
Backed-up basement drains, sewage in the basement, and the smell that comes with it. We will diagnose and clear the line.

No water / no hot water
Especially urgent in commercial settings. Call the shop during business hours; for after-hours commercial emergencies, email emergency@jcwaterworks.com.

Burst pipes & frozen lines
Cold-snap emergencies. Find the main shut-off, then contact us. We carry the parts and tools to thaw and repair on the truck.

If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 first. Once safe, contact us for diagnosis and repair.

How do I reach you for an after-hours emergency?
Send an email to emergency@jcwaterworks.com and we will respond. We prioritize active flooding, sewage backup, no-water situations, and gas concerns.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the building immediately, then call 911. Do not flip switches or use phones inside. After you are safely out, contact us and we will help with diagnosis and repair.
What if I have a burst pipe?
Find your home's main water shut-off and turn it off - usually in the basement near where the water service enters. Then email emergency@jcwaterworks.com or call the shop during business hours.
